Lakota Guides has enjoyed partnering with the Vail LAX Tournament each and every year. We are conveniently located in Avon and our raft trips are just minutes away along the Eagle River. We can accommodate any size team you have, and we have a variety of trips for all ages and experience.

Custom Team Rafting Trips

We take the work out of it for team managers and organizers. We build the team trip based on your available time and all you have to do is circulate a link to your teammates. They book their own reservation and you don’t have to collect any money or waivers, that is all handled by us. We also have a single convenient meet location for the team to gather or perhaps a player to get dropped off and picked up from. It just that easy. Individual Rafting Trips

For individuals and families looking to raft, but not the whole team, we have trips going out everyday that you could join. Click the links below to find out more information, and to book your reservation online.

Our most popular trip is on the Lower Eagle providing a fun-filled class III adventure, with lots of fun rapids, but nothing too big. This trip is perfect for the first time adventurer as well as the experienced paddler.

For the more adventurous thrill seekers (16 yo minimum age) we have a class IV stretch called Dowd Chute. This is a high paced run along the Eagle River where 3 separate drainages converge for an exhilarating ride. Previous paddling experience is not necessarily required but you must be capable of swimming in the unlikely event you have an “out of boat experience”.
