The Colorado river is controlled by several upstream dams that maintain a great level through the Glenwood Canyon. The Shoshone Section are a continuous section of Class III rapids running through a steep canyon west of Vail. We offer two trips along this section and can guarantee the most amount of water than ant other river this time of year.
