Pine Creek & Numbers w/ Transportation – Vail

Adventure Overview

The Numbers Full Day adventure features a day of constant, challenging whitewater within Granite Gorge and the Numbers Sections (Class IV/V) of the Arkansas River. This trip offers continuous, action-filled rafting with pour-overs and steep drops, with notable rapids such as House Rock and Frog Rock.

During the months of July and August, when the spring floods have subsided, we move back to the Granite Gorge Section.

The Gorge offers similar rapids found in the Numbers such as Maytag and Triple Drop (aka Three Sisters) and the most famous, the Pine Creek Rapid (V), which is optional for our Class IV guests. Guides will assess each crew to determine whether they are up for the challenge. Guests always have the option to bypass the Pine Creek Rapid and continue their full day experience. Rapids and sections run are at the discretion of Lakota Guides and Arkansas Headwater Recreational Area (AHRA).

This trip is for physically fit and experienced rafters looking for a challenge!
